Step 2: Complete the Online Application and submit the application fee.
The decision to attend Faith Academy or another educational institution should be bathed in prayer. We want families and students to feel the Lord is leading them to partner with Faith Academy.
Step 3: Submit high school transcript or current report card, birth certificate and current immunization record.
Submit a copy of the most recent report card and supplemental test results and/or educational plans (i.e., learning disabilities testing) — only if applicable.
Step 4: Schedule placement testing (Admissions Coordinator will call to schedule).
Each student in Kindergarten through 12th grade takes a placement test in English and Math (10-12th graders will also take a Science test) to assess their current level of mastery. Placement testing can be completed before submitting an application.
Step 5: Schedule family interview (Admissions Coordinator will call to schedule).
After an application is submitted and all additional documents have been received, you will be contacted by Faith Academy to schedule a family interview. Parents, along with students, must be present at the family interview. This meeting will serve as an opportunity for us to get to know you and your family and to give you the opportunity to ask any additional questions regarding Faith Academy.
Step 6: Communication of decision.
Families are notified of an admissions decision by email.
