MAKE-UP TESTING
Make-up testing is conducted in the Academic Office for Elementary students and Tutorials for Secondary students. If your child is ill, please contact the office on the morning of the illness in order for the student to be eligible to take a make-up exam. If your child is absent for reasons other than illness, you must contact the teacher/s personally prior to the absence and obtain permission to take a make-up exam.

• Make-Up Testing Procedure: Go to make-up testing room (L1) from 11am-1pm on Mondays/Thursdays to make-up exam. No appointment necessary.

PLACEMENT TESTING
Placement Testing is required for admission to Faith Academy. Students will take various subject tests based on the grade level they will be enrolling into at FAMF. To schedule testing, please complete the Placement Testing Form (located on Resources or Admission Documents page) and submit the testing fee and copy of the student’s latest report card.
