I am a graduate of Houston Baptist University where I majored in both Business Management and Spanish. In college I was editor of the school paper for two years and a member of Alpha Mu Gamma Foreign Language Honor's Fraternity. After college I worked for Texas Instruments as a financial planner and Compaq Computers as an applications developer.

 I became a full time stay at home mom when my oldest daughter was three. God put it on my heart that I needed to be involved with her growth and education. I now have seven children whom I have been homeschooling. I have taught my children and tutored others for over 20 years. Spanish has always been a part of our curriculum. My children and I have participated in mission trips to Mexico. My oldest daughter has now completed her degree from Houston Baptist University in Marketing and Spanish.

I look forward to a great year at Faith Academy sharing my love of the language.
