On April 20th, at the April Sound Golf Course in Montgomery, Texas, the Faith Academy Golf team finished 2nd at State, the highest showing in the school's history.  Members of the team are Tyler Laughlin, Ian Shirley, Wyatt Stewart, and Dylan Robichaux.

 The Faith team was recognized during the awards ceremony as the only team at the state tournament with only four golfers, so each golfer played the entire tournament with additional pressure knowing that their individual score was going to have to count toward the team total.
