Absentee Policy
In order to facilitate the procedure for student absences, you will only need to call the office if your child is ill. All other absences should be handled through PERSONAL CONTACT WITH THE TEACHER to make arrangements for your student. All pre-assigned work and tests must be turned in PRIOR to the absence. If you are unable to contact the teacher, your student will still be held responsible for all assignments. The office will refer parents to the teacher and will only inform teachers of absence for illness or if the student is on an approved list for particpation in a sport or event.
